This notice explains how Alomarada Ltd handles personal information in relation to this website and initial commercial enquiries.

Effective date: 26 August 2026.

Who is responsible for your information

Alomarada Ltd is the controller of personal information processed for its own commercial enquiries and website operations. Company number 11549053, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 23 Methuen Road, Edgware, United Kingdom, HA8 6EU. You can contact us at enquiries@alomarada.com.

Scope

This notice applies to this website and to initial direct enquiries. It does not replace the privacy and data-processing terms that may apply under a signed engagement.

Information entered on this website

The mandate-intake form currently runs in your browser only. It prepares enquiry text for you to send from your own email client; the site does not transmit or store the contents you type into that form. Alomarada has not enabled advertising, behavioural tracking or a first-party analytics integration in the application.

As with any hosted website, the hosting infrastructure may process standard technical request information, such as an IP address, request headers and timestamps, as necessary to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the service. Alomarada does not use that technical information for behavioural advertising or profiling.

Direct enquiries

If you contact Alomarada directly, we may process your name, role, organisation, contact details and the commercial information you choose to provide. We use that information to respond, assess whether a mandate is appropriate, manage the resulting correspondence and, where relevant, take steps towards or administer an engagement.

Lawful bases

For ordinary business enquiries, we generally rely on our legitimate interests in responding to prospective clients and assessing whether we can undertake a mandate. Where processing is necessary at your request before entering a contract, or to perform a contract with you, the contractual basis may apply. We may also process information where necessary to comply with a legal obligation.

Who receives personal information

Personal information may be handled by service providers that support our communications, hosting or professional operations, by professional advisers where necessary, and by public authorities where disclosure is required by law. Alomarada does not sell personal information.

International transfers

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law requires a transfer safeguard, Alomarada will use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism and keep the arrangement under review.

How long information is kept

Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, assess and document the potential mandate, resolve any follow-up, meet legal or accounting obligations, or establish and defend legal rights. Retention is reviewed against those purposes rather than kept indefinitely by default.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object to that processing. Requests can be made at enquiries@alomarada.com.

Complaints

If you have a concern, please contact Alomarada first so we can address it. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this notice

This notice will be reviewed whenever the website's data handling changes, including before message delivery, analytics, authentication, client systems or other material data processing is introduced.
