About

A deliberately senior commercial firm built around examinable decisions.

Alomarada combines terrain knowledge, evidence discipline and senior commercial judgement for organisations making consequential market, counterparty and execution decisions.

Core purpose

Make the basis of the decision survive the meeting

Alomarada Ltd is a private company registered in England and Wales. It operates as a commercial advisory and execution firm around markets, counterparties and consequential commercial decisions.

The firm is UK-directed, with established operating experience in Nigeria and the UK–Nigeria corridor and selective adjacent work where evidence and experience support the mandate.

Corporate constitution

Company number 11549053. Registered office: 23 Methuen Road, Edgware, United Kingdom, HA8 6EU.

Operating philosophy

Four disciplines shape the firm

01

Consequential questions first

The engagement starts with the commitment being considered, not a catalogue of services. The firm organises its work around the decision that must survive scrutiny later.

02

Terrain and evidence together

Operating context changes which questions matter. Evidence discipline determines what can safely be asserted. Neither substitutes for the other.

03

Named human authority

Research, intelligence and decision infrastructure support the work. Consequential commercial judgement remains the responsibility of a named human authority.

04

Scope that matches the mandate

Work is accepted where operating context, evidence access and mandate fit justify the responsibility. Geographic reach and sector familiarity are treated as inputs to judgement, not substitutes for it.

Principal accountability

Abraham Adaramola

Director & Principal

Alomarada is principal-led. Consequential judgement is released under named human accountability rather than being attributed to a system, model or anonymous institutional process.

Firm boundary

Commercial judgement with explicit edges

Alomarada does not present commercial judgement as legal, tax, audit, forensic, AML/KYC, sanctions, regulated investment or other specialist professional advice. Where a decision requires another discipline, that boundary is identified and the specialist work is commissioned separately.

Deliberatum may support selected authorised engagements as decision-assurance infrastructure. It does not replace the firm, the mandate lead or the accountable recommendation.

Institutional diligence

Corporate, privacy and information-handling controls are set out on the dedicated diligence surface and assessed against the requirements of each engagement.
