Seven governed stages. Each one asks a question the organisation must be able to answer later, in front of a board, an investor or a counterparty.

Evidence
What is actually demonstrated?
Each input is admitted with its source and date, and rated for sufficiency, so demonstrated fact is never filed alongside assertion.

What does not reconcile?
Conflicting evidence and incompatible assumptions are surfaced and held open until resolved, rather than averaged into a comfortable middle.

Who is entitled to decide?
Decision rights and accountability are mapped explicitly, including any gap between the person deciding and the person carrying the consequence.

On what does this rest?
The assumptions the decision depends on are written down as named conditions, each with an owner who is accountable for watching it.

Most decisions lose their basis within weeks
A consequential commercial decision is usually supported by a paper, a meeting and a set of assumptions that nobody writes down. Within months the paper is stale, the assumptions have moved, and no one can reconstruct what the decision actually rested on.
Deliberatum is designed to keep that basis examinable: evidence and provenance, contradictions and their dispositions, authority, decision conditions and agreed checkpoints can remain linked to the governed record rather than becoming separate documents with diverging histories.

Mandate infrastructure, not a subscription
Deliberatum is not offered as self-serve software or a trial product. Where an authorised engagement justifies governed infrastructure, it may support the mandate alongside senior human judgement.
The intended client outcome is a client-safe, versioned record suitable for executive review. The current public application does not imply that a live Deliberatum runtime or client export service is connected in this environment.
