What is actually demonstrated?
Each input is admitted with its source and date, and rated for sufficiency, so demonstrated fact is never filed alongside assertion.

What does not reconcile?
Conflicting evidence and incompatible assumptions are surfaced and held open until resolved, rather than averaged into a comfortable middle.

Who is entitled to decide?
Decision rights and accountability are mapped explicitly, including any gap between the person deciding and the person carrying the consequence.

The assumptions the decision depends on are written down as named conditions, each with an owner who is accountable for watching it.

Keep the basis of a consequential decision examinable
A consequential commercial decision is often supported by a paper, a meeting and assumptions that decay faster than the commitment. Months later, the original basis is difficult to reconstruct.
