Markets

We describe where we work at the level our evidence supports.

Firms routinely claim geographic reach they cannot operate. Our markets are declared in tiers so a prospective client can see the difference between a base of operations, deep experience and selective mandates.

Markets by tier

Base of operations

Where the firm is based and from which mandates are directed.

United Kingdom

Alomarada Ltd is a UK-based commercial operating firm.

Mandates are directed from the United Kingdom, and UK institutional, commercial and governance norms inform how engagements are structured and recorded.

UK-headquartered organisations forming a view on unfamiliar markets or counterparties are a natural fit for the firm's work.

Deep operating experience

Markets and corridors in which the firm holds substantial direct commercial experience.

Nigeria

Deep operating experience in Nigerian commercial and institutional contexts.

Nigeria is a market where presentation and substance diverge frequently, where institutional relationships materially determine access, and where the evidence available to an outside organisation is often incomplete or contested.

The firm's experience here is direct and operational rather than observational, which is what allows counterparty and entry questions to be examined rather than summarised.

UK–Nigeria corridor

Cross-border commercial contexts between the United Kingdom and Nigeria.

Bilateral mandates carry two sets of institutional expectations, two evidence cultures and two governance standards. Decisions frequently fail at the seam between them.

Work in this corridor concentrates on making each side's requirements explicit before commitment, rather than discovering them during execution.

Selective mandates

Markets approached case by case, accepted only where experience and evidence support the mandate.

Selected African markets

Cross-border mandates accepted where experience and evidence support them.

The firm does not claim continent-wide coverage and does not represent itself as operating everywhere.

Individual cross-border mandates are considered on their merits, and declined where the firm cannot bring genuine evidence or relevant operating experience to the decision.

Next decision

Considering a market we have not listed?

We will say plainly whether the firm can bring genuine experience and evidence to the decision, or whether it cannot.
